Karadzic had his first appearance before ICTY today. Aside from asserting irregularities in his arrest, Karadzic reiterated allegations - published last year - that American diplomat (and chief architect of the Dayton accords) Richard Holbrooke had cut a deal with him to give him money and security in return for his forgoing participation in Bosnian Serb politics.
Holbrooke, for his part, gave an interview with Foreign Policy last week where he argued that it was the NATO command's fault Karadzic hadn't been captured immediately. He has consistently denied that there was any deal between him and Karadzic to let the genocidaire escape.

The Muslims nearly conquered Europe centuries ago when, thank God, they were stopped at the gates of Vienna by ancestors of ours who would be on trial for “genocide,” “ethnic cleansing”, and other phony “crimes”, had their been an international court of “justice” in those days.
Under the cover of “multiculturalism” muslims now appear to be succeeding, with immigration, where they failed with military force. Their presence on our holy soil has brought us nothing but conflict and grief.
Nearly half the surface of the planet is now claimed as homelands by the spritual descendants of Mohammed. Would they tolerate a threat to their cultures and ethnicities by mass immigration of white Christian peoples? Of course not. Wake up, Europeans, before you find yourselves completely overrun and dispossessed of the lands that your forefathers gave their sweat to build and their blood to defend as your own inheritance.
The United States seems to be doing fine at protecting our values without discriminating based on religion in our immigration process, BED - which is also, last I checked, something our values preclude us from doing.
Islam isn't a religion. It's a military/political movement bent on world conquest and domination. “Our values” have no problem with Bhuddists, or any other peaceful non-Christians immigrating. But it is national suicide for any country to allow Muslims in, to get a foothold. An initial trickle will soon enough become a flood, relegating the overwhelmed population to Dhimmi status. and replacing “our values” with Koranic values and Sharia law. The only thing that is making this process take longer in the United States, vis a vis Europe, is America's geographic remoteness from those Asian and African countries which Islam has already subjugated.
There isn't some global conspiracy involving all Muslims, BED - instead, there's an internal struggle in that community between people who want to integrate and live in the modern world, and people who aren't interested in doing so and are willing to oppose the modern world with force. Several majority- or plurality-Muslim countries governed by people who want to integrate are reliable American allies; Bosnia, Kosovo, Albania.
I’m not suggesting we should be blind to the internal conflict, but blanket discrimination is not likely to help Muslim moderates win that conflict or help us and, in my view, it's simply wrong.
With regard to your first point, Islam's pretty clearly a religion - its adherents all believe in a particular God, holy (rather than purely historic) sites, doctrine revealed to man word-for-word by the divine, and rules of behavior, diet, worship, et al. that govern their day-to-day lives. Christianity and Judaism meet the same description. The Democratic and Republican parties do not. So while Islam has internal conflict and too many of its adherents have adopted a militarist interpretation of its sacred texts, to call it a military/political movement rather than a religion is inaccurate.
Those who want to “integrate and live in the modern world” are traitors to those nations from which they emmigrated, and where they belong. They should have stayed there to help their own people struggle to integrate into the modern community of nations, instead of abandoning their countrymen and pouring in to other countries to dilute the ethnic and cultural character of those nations, where they don't belong.
The side effect of this, has been that elements have come along with them who are causing murder, mahem, conflict, and fear among the native European populations. All this could have been avoided, had we not been so brainwashed by the nation-destroying doctrine of multiculturalism, by simply identifying Islam for what it is, namely a political/military movement masquerading as a “religion”, started by a warrior (not a prophet), and disallowing any Muslim immigration whatsoever.
This would not only have prevented the aforementioned diastrous results, but would have had the beneficent effect of leaving all “good” Muslims in their own countries to serve as an uplifting, modernizing counterinfluence vis a vis those “bad” ones bent on world conquest - which in turn would have had positive repercussions for world peace.
I’m no multiculturalist, BED - but the cool thing about America is that it isn't a place with an “ethnic character.” In much of the world, a table with an Italian, a German, and a Brit sitting at it together is “diverse.” In America, it's not, because we don't think the ethnicity of the people in question defines them. There are just a couple of racial and ethnic lines left that are worth mentioning here.
And the violent extremists you’re talking about are a small portion of the population; plenty of Muslims serve in the military, the police, and our intelligence services and do so with honor. Targeting terrorists is smart; branding all Muslims terrorists is just a way to foment anger and make it easier for terrorists to convince the people on the fence to join them. It's also, of course, false.
Lastly, again, Islam is a religion and has all the characteristics of a religion, even if it's not my religion and I wouldn't pick it if I were choosing a religion. Saying it's something else as a debating trick is not terribly productive.
The fact that America no longer has an ethnic/racial character (thanks to the Kennedy/Cellars immigration “reform” act of 1963) is why we are no longer a nation, but instead a mere geographical plot of land. The word “nation” has the same derivation as the word “nativity” - both stem from the Latin “natus”, meaning birth.
A nation is a group of people related through the same birth-lines. The Cherokee nation could no longer be called a nation if they decided to start asimmilating the Apaches, Seminoles, etc., let alone Caucasians, Negroes, and Mongoloids.
The founding fathers understood this well. John Jay wrote:

I don't share your disappointment in the contemporary United States, BED, so I don't think we really need to find someone to blame for the state of the contemporary US.
I measure national greatness through two criteria, BED. First, the selection of appropriate national interests - ones that don't violate fundamental moral norms. Second, the ability to pursue those interests. Naturally, power is necessary to the second criterion; without it, if you try to integrate into the community of democratic nations, you become Georgia.
A defensive military power is all that is necessary to avoid becoming a Georgia. There is no need for an offensive power that seeks to meddle in other nations’ affairs, spilling our own blood and treasure to solve other people's conflicts. In fact, that just weakens our defensive posture, as well as provoking offensive action against us. Again, we need to listen to the wisdom of the founders who advised against entering into entangling alliances.
I notice that you are nestling up to the PTB, so regardless of which CFR stooge gets into the oval office you will have nothing to fear. As long as you continue to espouse the establishment agenda there will be no attempt to abridge YOUR first amendment freedoms.
I on the other hand, have much to fear from the new thought control legislation, which seeks to stigmatize those who, among other things “talk to much about the Constitution”! You see, I am a “homegrown domestic terrorist” of the sort which our current evil international zionist banker controlled government fears the most. And since you bring up the subject of Georgia, notice how the whole picture is being distorted by our manipulated media. Abkhazia and South Ossetia are “separatist provinces” with strong ties to Russia, which would like to secede from Georgia, just like Kosovo wanted to secede from Serbia - except that whereas Kosovo wanted to become an independent country, the two Georgian provinces simply want to rejoin Russia.
And so here comes the hypocritical anti-white double standard: On the one hand Kosovo's actions are approved because they are “good” Asian Mulsims and the Serbs are “bad” European Christians, whereas on the other hand the actions of the Russians, to assist with the separatist Georgian provinces’ aspirations, are disapproved because Russians are “bad” since they are perceived as being more closely related to the white Europeans that are the Georgians.
In fact, Russia is especially hated by those whose goal is the annihilation of the white race, because unlike America and Europe, the Russians are wise and courageous enough to resist the velvet genocide of multiculturalist miscegenation.

I am not anti-non-whites. I envy the Blacks and Asians for being the only two of the three major races not on the endangered species list. It is proper that they should have secure homelands where there will be an eternal future for their progeny - lands where they are safe from being overrun and bred out of existence by an immigration tsunami of alien races that would threaten to render them minorities in their own countries.
Multiracists are generally also advocates of “diversity” and of preserving every conceivable variety of every plant an animal species. But they fail to recognize that multiculturalist policies in America and Europe will inexorably lead to the disappearance of the white variety within the human species, by the elimination of their only secure preserves on the planet.
We whites are victims of our own success, a victimization that is empowered by the foolish acceptance of the race destroying multiculturalist ideal. Other races, sharing nothing by way of dedication to that uniquely white cultural achievement known as Western Civilization, want to infiltrate the white homelands purely to be able to enjoy our standard of living, which is only the most superficial of our civilization's many fruits. But these invaders carry with them political and cultural baggage which, when they inevitably become the majority, will spring open like an idelogical pandora's box that will result ultimately in the total replacement of Western Civilization's values and, with ironic poetic justice, the disappearance of the standard of living that they wanted to just take over with no thought of what it takes to create and maintain that standard.
America's future will be that of South Africa and Rhodesia. Whites turned these lands into the breadbasket of Africa, and both countries now have to import food, because white farmers are being genocidally slaughtered, and the blacks who kill them to get their land don't know the first thing about running a productive farm. Again poetic justice from a race that will, for its destruction, wreak revenge from the grave .
